    Welcome to the official Zelene® product store.

    By accessing this website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply specifically to the Zelene® product website and do not cover in-spa services offered by Zelene Head Spa locations.

    1. Orders & Shipping

    Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday).

    You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number once your order ships.

    Zelene® is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

    2. Returns & Exchanges

    Due to the personal-care nature of our products, all sales are final.

    We offer replacements or store credit only if:

    • An item arrives damaged, or

    • You receive the wrong product

    To report an issue, email shop@zelenespa.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

    3. Discounts & Promotions

    • Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.

    • Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

    • All promotions are subject to change or cancellation without notice.

    4. Zelene Card & Reward Points

    If you pay using your Zelene Card:

    • Earn 1 point per $1 spent on product purchases

    • Points do not apply to shipping, taxes, or redeemed rewards

    • Points may be tracked in your account and redeemed at participating Zelene Head Spa locations

    Glow+ VIP clients may earn additional rewards; however, only one reward (discount or redemption) may be used per transaction.

    5. Product Use Disclaimer

    Zelene® products are spa-grade cosmetic products formulated with natural-based ingredients.

    • Always perform a patch test before full use.

    • Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

    • Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

    6. Digital Products

    Digital downloads and guides are provided for personal use only.

    You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell any digital content.

    7. Intellectual Property

    All product images, descriptions, trademarks, logos, and content on this site are owned by Zelene Group LLC and its affiliates.

    Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

    Zelene® is a registered trademark of Zelene Group LLC.

    8. Privacy & Communication

    By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to receive:

    • Transactional emails

    • Product updates

    • Promotional messages

    You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
