This Shipping Policy applies to all product orders placed through our official Zelene® website.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotions, or product launches.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and package weight.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Zelene® is not responsible for delays once a package has been transferred to the carrier.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Free shipping may apply on qualifying orders. Please refer to current website promotions for eligibility.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
Zelene® is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned due to address issues, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is marked delivered but not received:
